Q. Do your offer pickup or shipping options for online orders?

A. We offer a pick up and go option. Online orders must be picked up from one of 2 locations. At checkout you select which location you wish pick up your order from-:  Eastern Market in Detroit, Michigan OR at Bucu Farms in Avoca, Michigan. Sorry currently there is NO SHIPPING available for online orders.

Q. When can I pick up my order?

A. This will depend on which pickup location you chose at checkout-- Eastern Market in Detroit, Michigan OR at Bucu Farms in Avoca, Michigan.   Eastern Market Pickups are done on Saturdays (9am - 2pm). Bucu Farms Pickups are done Weekdays 9am - 5pm. Once your order is ready, we will notify so you and set up a pickup date.

Q. What types of fresh meats do you have to offer?

A. Please check out our online store where you can see our large selection of fresh sausages made with pork, chicken, turkey, or lamb.

Q. What is your Return Policy?  

A. At Bucu Farms our customer satisfaction is our main focus. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return your product(s) for a full refund if your return falls within the following guidelines and is deemed eligible by Bucu Farms.

  • Pounds are estimated. Any return requests regarding "missing" items that are less than 8 ounces will automatically be denied.
  • Consumable items that are opened cannot be returned, unless Bucu Farms requests it be returned.
  • All unopened products that were refrigerated after receiving are eligible for return/refund up to 15 days after purchase if Bucu Farms approves it within 3 days of shipment being received.
  • This money back guarantee covers 15 days from your date of your purchase. Items that are older than 15 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund/exchange. Please call or email within 3 days of the package being received for authorization and return instructions.
  • You will need contact us for an available time and date at the pickup location so that we can meet for the returned order.
